The Venice Golf and Country Club Foundation established the Bleu George Memorial Scholarship Program in remembrance of our Second Assistant Golf Pro, William Bleu George.

 

Bleu was born into a golf family on December 22, 1986. He was an athlete with enormous energy, a big heart, huge smile and infectious laughter. Sadly, he passed away on January 6, 2022 at the young age of 35, but his spirit for the game and the impact he made on our golf community will long be remembered.

 

Our members are proud to fund this scholarship in his name.
